I was born in Kaohsiung, graduated from Feng-Chia university of Information Engineering & Computer Science and completed my Master of Computer Engineering in Illinois Institute of Technology, USA.

I have been working in Hi-Tech & semiconductor industry over than 20 years, my major working experiences is as below:

 2000/05 to now: Chairman of STATSChipPAC Taiwan Semiconductor Corp.

 1996~2000: General Manager of World-Wide Test Technology INC.

 1996~1996: IC Test Director of Formosa Advanced Technologies Co., Ltd.

 1993~1996:Sales Director of ASE US

 1991~1993: Test Product Engineer at Symphony.

 1986~1990: Test Engineer at DST Inc
