As vice president of Asia Field Operations for SPP Process Technology Systems (SPTS), Rutgers Chow has over 26 years of experience in the electronics and semiconductor equipment industry and has held various positions spanning fab operations, research and development, engineering, and management with companies that include Nortel, Tegal, Novellus and Rohm and Haas (Dow). Rutgers has also served in the SEMI Taiwan IC committee since its beginning and remains active in promoting industry-related causes and activities in Asia.

Rutgers holds a bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from the University of Michigan, a master of science degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia, and an EMBA degree from the University of Southern California.
